If a home owner is calling in wanting pricing for a job we did under Home Serve, we cannot give them the prices. They will need to reach out to HSU. Home Serve is our customer, and we give them discounted pricing that we don’t give residential customers. If the homeowner is wanting a copy of the invoice we did through HSU, they will need to reach out to them to get it. We can not give them copies. |

We DO NOT book jobs for Homeserve, we have a team that handles those calls. Ensure that Homeserve has sent in the work order, and our team will reach out to customer to set up job. |
Looking for update: |
If they call and are looking for an update on scheduling a work order that has already been submitted, please post in Lou Contact Center teams chat. Let them know that we are not able to access Homserve accounts and we have a specific team that handles them.
*If the agent calls to ask what our availability is before submitting, just let them know that we DO have availability (even if we don’t) and to send the work order to us and we will reach out to the customer for scheduling. We have a contract with Homeserve and we prioritize their work orders.* |
