- Click on fast Forward icon (it will place the customer on hold)
- Click the Users icon
- In the Search bar put in the Extension or Phone number that you will be using.
3A. If no extension, agents can search by Group
4.Call the number/ Extension
5.If Cold transfer click on double arrow icon (>>) to transfer the customer
5A. If transferring to a Sup/MOD Consult with Rep First, Then hit transfer button
6.Wrap up call after transfer is complete
