  1. Click on fast Forward icon (it will place the customer on hold)

  1. In the Search bar put in the Extension or Phone number that you will be using.

 

3A. If no extension, agents can search by Group

4.Call the number/ Extension

5.If Cold transfer click on double arrow icon (>>) to transfer the customer

5A. If transferring to a Sup/MOD Consult with Rep First, Then hit transfer button

6.Wrap up call after transfer is complete
