Slab: | Building or house on concrete no basement or crawl space, the clean out will be outside or inside of their home. It will look like a pipe sticking up out of the ground with a cap on it. |
Rough-in: | A plumbing rough-in means that all water supply and drain pipes have been run through bored holes in the studs and other framing members and that all pipe connections have been made. But no sinks, faucets, or other fixtures and end elements are yet installed at this phase. |
RPZ Test: | Plumbers, contractors and building maintenance workers use RPZ testers to measure the differential pressure or pressure difference between two points. A backflow prevention device is used to prevent chemicals or pesticides from entering the water system and causing contamination. |
