New Estimate:  ONLY book Estimate Jobs for a scheduled manual timeframe of 8AM–5PM EST, Mon-Fri  (If the customer calls after the time frame or in the middle of the time frame, book the call for the next day. ) (H20 provides estimates on Saturdays and Sundays!!! Use GET AVAILABILITY for h20* )   **When booking Estimates please put as much detail in the notes as possible for the technician. The more  detail they receive the easier it will be for them to service the customer.  
  • Bathroom remodels (transfer to bathroom remodels if possible)
  • Installing a tub/shower (no walk-in's)
  • Kitchen remodels
  • Excavation water (Broken water line, says there is a wet spot in their yard, any plumbing issue in yard)
  • Excavation sanitary
  • Connecting plumbing to sink bowls for salons
  • Rough Ins, if part of a bathroom remodel
  • Water line replacements/new (Mainline)
  • Sewer line replacements/new (MSD Estimate Tue-Thur 8am-5pm only)
  • New Gas line installation – existing lines are booked as GAS job type
  • New gas line for pool HEATER
  • Grease trap installation
  • Any Dig/Jackhammer job (includes leaks under the foundation/slab)
  • Install back flow prevention (MSD Estimate Tue-Thur 8am-5pm only)
  • Moving W/H from one location to another would be W/H job type w/ estimate tag. (8-5 FRI or SAT)
  • Wanting to change to a tankless system, also called on-demand, or instant-on
  **When you book an estimate job, multiple TAGS will be populated. Try to narrow tags down to specific issue.
Existing Estimate: NOTE: Anything that is a dig job or jackhammer job no matter the price needs to be sent to dispatch. If you are sending an email to one specific dispatcher, you must copy lou dispatchers email Suzanne and the Leads.  
  • Under $500 – Book Job (see 'booking under $500')
  • $501-$999 – Email Leads
  • Over $1,000 Email Dispatch
Booking Under $500
  1. Customer calls in and wants to accept an estimate and it is under $500, find the related job and click on it.
  
  1. Locate OPEN estimate that customer is referring to, click on it. (please assume this estimate is under $500)
  
  1. Click ‘View Opportunity’
  
  1. Click on green Sold/convert Button, then click on green ‘Sold/Convert’ button below tech name.
    
  1. Check Box or Box’s that apply to estimate.  (please assume this estimate is under $500)
  
  1. Click ‘Book new job’
  This will take you to a new booking with the job type auto populated. Book a new job and once completed the estimate will be added to the new bookings notes.
