ASAP VS NTF
Urgent/ASAP: When booking a commercial/billable job (URGENT PRIORITY/ASAP TAG) enter the NEXT available time frame manually and let the customer know we will be out as soon as possible.
Additional Questioning: Don’t forget to ask additional questions to verify a emergency. Customer states 'I have no running water in the bathroom,' follow it with 'how many restrooms do you have?' to see if they have other facilities to use.
**Residential is never asap. there is a difference between asap and emergency. if it is an emergency for residential they get a time frame for same day. if we don't have the availability, it would be a no time frame. and we work them in same day.  ADD 'NTF' as timeframe in notes. WHEN BOOKING NTF We need to book a 12 hour window. So if the call comes in at 10:15 or 10:45… book 11a-11p for the arrival window (will have to use custom window)*
  1. Ensure it is indeed a emergency. (See 'Emergency Situations' tab)
  2. Set 'priority' to Urgent.,
  3. Add 'ASAP' tag to account.
  4. If you click 'Get Availability' and there is nothing to quote the customer for TODAY, Click the 'down arrow'  and select the next available time frame.
  1. Book the job, let the customer know we will be out to there location as soon as possible.
