ASAP VS NTF
Urgent/ASAP: | When booking a commercial/billable job (URGENT PRIORITY/ASAP TAG) enter the NEXT available time frame manually and let the customer know we will be out as soon as possible. |
Additional Questioning: | Don’t forget to ask additional questions to verify a emergency. Customer states 'I have no running water in the bathroom,' follow it with 'how many restrooms do you have?' to see if they have other facilities to use. |
- Ensure it is indeed a emergency. (See 'Emergency Situations' tab)
- Set 'priority' to Urgent.,
- Add 'ASAP' tag to account.
- If you click 'Get Availability' and there is nothing to quote the customer for TODAY, Click the 'down arrow' and select the next available time frame.

- Book the job, let the customer know we will be out to there location as soon as possible.

- DH - No use of facilities is considered an emergency.
- DH - If it is a true emergency and cannot wait, put it on as a No Time Frame and let the customer know we will work them in when we can but may be late. make the arrival time in ST a late one, and job summary notes should say NTF for No Time Frame.
